I've recently been focused on the bigger picture, and quite frequently I forget about the details and often miss little gems inside of the frame. It's easy to do sometimes, especially when looking through hundreds of photos for a deadline.
Quite often I will sit down at my computer, upload images into whatever program I'm using at the moment, and begin my work. In those moments, I compartmentalize most of the work into this framework that consists of "getting the job done". This translates into better workflow but also hinders my process by blinding me from the details. It's counterproductive and I'm getting better at understanding that. I guess busier isn't always better.
